When DiverGuard® identifies that the diver is not breathing properly, it initiates a series of actions to alert the diver and enlist the help of the diver’s buddy to remove the diver from the water as quickly as possible.

The key innovative feature of DiverGuard® is its ability to continuously monitor and identify the diver’s breathing status in real-time, based on air pressure changes in the first-stage pressure regulator.

DiverGuard® replaces the buoyancy compensator (BC) power inflator. It includes all the functions of the regular BC inflator found in any standard underwater breathing apparatus.
